HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO DELIVER PRODUCTS?


The estimated delivery timeline for ready-to-ship (non-customized) products, such as laptops, monitors, and accessories, is between 3 to 5 working days, depending on the delivery location. However, due to unforeseen circumstances in rare cases (e.g., payment delay, replacements of products, custom delays), the order delivery timeline may extend. We ensure the fastest delivery possible while also managing all parameters of sourcing. For our made-to-order (customized or built-to-order) products, depending upon the specifications, an order may take 60 days or more to reach the customers, accommodating the manufacturing and assembly timeline.

HOW DOES CUSTOMS WORK FOR ORDERS? WHO PAYS THE CUSTOMS AND TAXES?


All custom duties and taxes are levied by the customs authorities in the destination country as per local rules and tax slabs. These are to be paid by the buyer, and Bluewave Computers or its suppliers are not liable for any tax payment to the destination customs authority. The final value levied depends on the destination country, order value, and the HSN code of products imported.


Please check your country’s customs slabs to get an estimated value of the taxes you may expect. There are useful tools available online, such as Simply Duty, where you can check expected duty and taxes. However, please note that these may not be final, and the final value can only be shared by your local authorities.

Which forms of payments do you accept for orders placed online?


We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards. We also accept NEFT payments along with Cash on Delivery options.


How will my order be shipped? Which shipping method will be used?


All orders are shipped via ground shipping unless you contact us to make a special request for expedited shipping. Extra charges apply for expedited shipping. We work with leading courier companies in India like First Flight, DTDC, and Blue Dart.


When will my order ship?

Shipping/Delivery Area

 

Deliveries of products purchased on www.bluewavecomputers.in are available in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala and Puducherry only. We would be updating any information about inclusion/removal of states on this page as and when it is done. Kindly check the Shipping Policy link on our home page for any updates.

Bluewave Computers (Company) shall take all possible measures to ensure that any product booked on the website is delivered:

Same Day (1) working day Available – Hosur (30KM)

within two (2) working days – Hosur, Krishnagiri, Dharmapuri, Bangalore, Attibele, Malur, Chandapura deliveries

within four (7) working days – Other areas of States where delivery is available.

From the date of confirmation of order on the website subject to successful realization of payment made against the said order and availability of the product(s).

However, User understands and confirms that the Company shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of products due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company, provided, the Company takes all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the Product within above mentioned timelines.

If User purchases multiple products in single transaction, then all the Products would be shipped to a single shipping address given by User. If User wishes to ship products to different addresses, then User shall book separate orders for each of the delivery addresses.

The information about any pin code being serviced can be checked in “Product Page” by clicking on “Check Availability” against the pin code. The pin code of your shipping address will be verified with our database before you proceed to pay for your purchase. In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner delivery list.

Delivery Process

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition. After they pass through this check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible.

The User agrees that the delivery can be made to the person who is present at the shipping address provided by the User. The delivery partner will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the User is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion. The invoice for the purchase will be in the package and a mail for the order placed will be sent out to you. Soft copy of the invoice will be emailed to you on the next working day after the product is delivered to you.



How do I track an order?


You will receive your Tracking Number within 24 hours after the order has been shipped. You can track your order status by logging on to the carrier’s website provided in the email along with the tracking number.


I am a little concerned about using my credit card on the internet. How safe is it?


Ordering on our site is as safe as placing an order over the phone, thanks to the security measures we have in place. When you enter your personal information, you are on a secure connection (“Secure Sockets Layer” or SSL for short). This is the same standard of security used by many financial institutions.
